Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350o F
  2. Season ground turkey and cook in nonstick pan.
  3. Add marinara to create meat sauce and stir.
  4. Slice zucchini into thin slices, then slice into half rounds. set aside.
  5. In a separate bowl mix cottage cheese with egg white.
  6. In one of 6 jars: Layer zucchini, meat sauce, and 1-2 tbsp of cottage cheese mixture.
  7. Repeat one more time to fill jar.
  8. Top with 1 table spoon of shredded cheese
  9. Bake 6 jars for 30min.
  10. Wait to cool, replace lid, and refrigerate or freeze depending on how soon you will be consuming.
